I just can't WAIT for it to be next week now...
Went to see the registrar (who is also so very nice!) as my surgeon couldn't make the appointment, and the wafers fit perfectly!! And they showed me the final cast and the configuration of my teeth. I am so excited now. Also have my first couple of orthodontic appointments booked, first one is about 10 days after surgery.
Could it finally be that everything is finally going to run smoothly for a change!? I do hope so! Thinking positive!

Really glad to hear you're getting stoked. I'm now 9 days on the other side and feeling really good. Things were hard at times and I hit the wall at Day 7 but since then it's been a real reversal. Carry that positive attitude into the day of surgery and the first week of recovery and you'll do great.

Oh, and I have a leftover packet of Zip N Squeeze bags if you want them. I'm on soft chew and managing to drink from cups and glasses again. The bags are completely unopened. They're currently in Notting Hill but I can mail them.

Thanks so much guys - you've all been so supportive over the last couple of years and I love you all so much! It's been emotional! And every time I go on my page can't believe how little timer is left on the right hand side! Exciting stuff!
Zonergem - do you really think they are helpful? I was kinda planning on using a straw or syringe for first few days... Not really sure what I'm gonna do actually! But if you think they would be useful that would be amazing...
Aimee - I definitely will, going to wait til right before so I have the full effect on show - my teeth are sticking out so much now, can't wait til they're the 'right' way round!! I found before/afters so useful during my decision making and process after that I definitely will be taking plenty! No matter how hideous the bruise beard I get... ;)
